Healthy Tips

Let's discuss food triggers. We all have triggers that push us to over-indulge. One of my trigger foods are potato chips. Once I eat one chip it's hard to stop at just a few... I want like a whole bowl.(smile) So it's best to stay away from them. What are your trigger foods? It may be best to stay away from them. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying to never have them but maybe restrict to having it once a week on your free day.
