I weighed in at 295 this morning. Last weigh in I was at 294 which is a one pound difference so I really haven't gained or lost any weight. I've decided next week I going to try something new. I'm going to incorporate snacks into my meal plan to boost my metabolism. I will have a mid-morning, afternoon, and evening snack. The snacks will be healthy snacks such as fruit, popcorn with no butter, string cheese & crackers, etc... I will let you know how it works out. So stay tuned!
