Healthy Tips

Keep a food journal to keep track of what you are eating. It will help you to be more conscious of what you are putting in your mouth.You may find some hidden calories you weren't even aware of. Calories have a way of adding up by the end of the day.

Also I wanted to give you an update. I have been cooking ahead for the week. It really makes a difference. It really has helped me to stay away from the fast food knowing I have a meal waiting for me at home. So I encourage you to do this. Cook on the weekend for the week ahead and freeze your meals in ziploc bags.
