Weighing In

My current weight is 297, last week was 295. I gained two pounds. I'm disappointed won't lie. I really thought I lost some weight. Where am I missing it? I did drink pop everyday so no pop this week except on my free day. I will miss it but I know I need to lighten up on it. I will also walk in place for 10 minutes a day. So stay tuned until next week. I will be back with some good news to report.
