I'm starting to realize how much losing weight is all about your mindset. Where your thoughts go your body will follow. So I have to be careful how I think. I can and will be successful at getting the weight off. I'm not interested on going on a diet because they don't work. I'm making a lifestyle change for lasting results. I'm working through my inner issues and getting healthy mentally. I know it's never been about the food but more about not dealing with my stuff. That's why this segment is called what's weighing you down. Once you figure out what's weighing you down you will lose the weight. So my question for you today is what's weighing you down?
