What's Weighing You Down?

Let's talk about choices. Where we are in our life comes down to the choices we have made. It is as simple as that. You will reap what you sow. We can apply this truth to eating right. If you make good food choices, you will lose weight. If you make bad food choices you will gain weight. It's time out for denial. The dryer didn't shrink your clothes, you aren't big-boned, you aren't just bloated, etc.. (smile) There are so many excuses we tell ourselves to make ourselves feel better. Let's keep it real. If you stay in denial you will just stay where you are. Embrace the truth and you open the door to change.
