What's Weighing You Down?

We all basically know what to do to lose weight but actually doing it is another thing. The concept is basically simple you eat less and move more. Sometimes I have to ask myself how much do I really want this? If you really want something you will go after it with all your heart. Nothing will stop you. So why am I not going after this with all my heart and stopping short of my goal. As funny as it may sound is being overweight comfortable for me? Am I afraid of failure so I don't really try? These are questions I need to ask myself and be honest with myself. Nothing is holding me back but me. So again I say to myself how bad do you want this? You can do this Monica. One day at a time, one pound at a time.
