Join me in letting go of past hurts and unforgiveness. It's too heavy for us. God has his hand open to receive it. I'm learning the inner reflects the outer. So in order for me to lose the weight, an inner healing needs to take place. Lord heal the whole man. Fill me to the measure with joy, peace, & righteous. Amen
