What's Weighing You Down?

Can we talk? I was doing so well in losing weight last year. I lost 78 pounds. Can't believe I gain back 28 pounds of the 78 pounds I lost last year. I won't lie at first I wanted to get really upset but decided to use my energy instead for motivation. One thing I know that has been my downfall is eating fast food. I need to get back to cooking meals at home. It's easier to pick up something to eat on the way home instead of cooking. So I'm going to start preparing ahead and do my cooking on the weekends for my meals during the week. The funny thing is I prefer my cooking anyway.(smile) I also need to exercise. Okay I want to hear from you, what's been weighing you down?
